How can I track my order?

Shipping - When will I receive my order?
Please note that this product is made to order. By producing your product on demand, we reduce the risk of overproduction and minimize waste.
Generally, it takes 3 to 7 business days to process an order, after which it will be shipped. Shipping times depend on your location, but are estimated as follows:
Europe: 6โ14 business days
USA: 3โ8 business days
International: 10โ20 business days
Please note that during holiday seasons, sales periods, or special promotions, delivery times may be extended due to high demand. We recommend taking these periods into account when planning your purchases.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once your order is confirmed, it is immediately sent to our production team. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the ability to modify or cancel it.
We recommend double-checking your order details before finalizing your purchase.
What are the return and refund options?
All Maison Delfy products are made to order. Therefore, it is not possible to cancel or exchange an order once it has been placed.

If a product is delivered damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it atย contact@clairettestudio.com, including photos and your order number. We will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the case.

You have 30 days to return your item, at your own expense, unless the product is faulty. Returned items must be in their original condition.

Unclaimed parcels returned to us may incur additional fees for reshipment.

Why do some products have longer delivery times?
Some products may require more time to be produced and shipped, depending on demand and customizations. We do everything we can to minimize delays and provide you with the best possible customer experience.
Why are my items arriving in separate packages?
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. Some products are made in different locations to ensure high-quality production. Each package will have its own tracking number, which weโll send you once it ships.

Where do your products come from?
Our products are carefully made in certified workshops, primarily in Bangladesh for the base manufacturing. Personalization (printing, embroidery) is then completed in one of our fulfillment centers within the EU to ensure optimal quality and production times.
What is the environmental impact of your products?
Our products may release plastic microfibers during washing. To minimize this impact, we recommend using specially designed wash bags that capture microfibers.
Production & materials: Our items are made in factories that follow strict social and environmental standards. However, some materials used (such as cotton) may have environmental impacts related to their cultivation and processing.
Recycling: Not all of our products contain recycled polyester, but some may include it. We are continuously working to improve our processes and increase the use of recycled materials whenever possible.
